Daniel’s practice is litigation focused, having been involved in a wide variety of commercial litigation involving mechanic lien litigation, title insurance defense, and general business litigation.  In addition, Daniel has an extensive employment law practice, addressing not only the implementation of compliant workplace policies, but also various employment related matters from wage claims to discrimination claims. Daniel is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Idaho, the United States District Courts of Idaho, and the Federal Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
