Erika Judd focuses her practice on all levels of commercial litigation, from general business dispute resolution to complex litigation, in addition to criminal defense, and family law.
A native of northern Idaho, Erika obtained her undergraduate degree in 2005 from the University of Idaho. In 2009, Erika received her J.D. from the University of Idaho. Following graduation, Erika clerked for the Honorable Thomas J. Ryan, Third Judicial District of Idaho, chambered in Caldwell, Idaho.
Erika joined Jones Williams Fuhrman & Gourley in 2011. Erika focuses her law practice on litigation, including commercial, insurance, real estate, and general business disputes. Erika has co-tried multiple cases to verdict involving general business, legal malpractice (defense), eminent domain, and complex estate disputes.
Erika is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Idaho, and the United States District Courts of Idaho. Erika is a current participant in Leadership Boise, class of 2016-2017. Erika also volunteers regularly to assist pro bono clients in matters of family law and custody disputes.
